ELIGIBILITY/REQUIREMENTS. *Be sure to confirm your eligibility before applying:
• You do not need to be a customer of BoA or have an existing home loan.
• Use your real name/contact info. No Aliases Allowed. No Google/voip #s
• You must live in US & have a Valid SSN, email, and phone # on your shopper profile.
• LIMIT - You can attempt 1 Home Lending Phone OR In Person shop every 6 months.
• You cannot meet with the same Lending Officer more than once, ever.
• Past/present BOA employees are not eligible.
SHOP OVERVIEW: You must speak with the Lending Officer (LO) via phone and complete a home lending inquiry for a completed shop. This may take several days and calls to the LO. Role-play as someone interested in a mortgage or refinance. (ONLY use the refinance scenario IF you own a home and live in the same city as the LO).
IMPORTANT - This job posting is an overview only. Review the instructions and shop report on your ath Power (apc) shop log BEFORE attempting the shop so you are sure to complete a successful shop. If you do not follow the instructions to both contact the Assigned LO and complete the shop, we will not be able to use your shop or pay you for it. This is a compliance shop, not a customer service shop.
