$31 for a platform inquiry at your assigned Valley Bank branch location.
You can be a customer or non-customer to conduct this shop and your inquiry may include one of the following:
• Checking Account or Savings Account inquiry (Business account inquiry is acceptable)
• Checking Account or Savings Account opening
• IRA
• Kids Accounts
You must obtain proof of visit that shows us the branch visited and address. Be sure to obtain the banker’s name. For those doing mortgage inquiries, you still need the business card of the banker you spoke with.
You should be meeting with a banker and do not attempt a teller transaction during your product inquiry.
You must validate the hours of operation prior to your visit and please be sure to read the guidelines in full before conducting your shop as well as review the shop form.
